The place itself looks amazing, nestled in a mountain town with snow-covered trees. The dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent, reflecting the quality of the place. The rooms were nice and even had a tea set for use. a great place to stay. Private onsen closed in winter. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Courteous staff, delicious food, convenient location, and spacious room. The onsen is smaller but still perfect for relaxing.

The hotel provided a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which made our romantic escape extra special. The room was spacious and comfortable for two persons. The staff was so friendly and professional in greeting us at the entrance, and guiding us through the check-in process. The location was perfect, and we found ourselves close to many local attractions and restaurants that we could visit.
While the room was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning system was difficult to operate, and we had to call the front desk for assistance. We also found some difficulty in using the bathroom equipment, as instructions were not in English.

Had a New Year gathering at a traditional Japanese inn. the complimentary New Year's soba and mochi were a nice touch. the inn was located near a famous hot spring and the snow resort was only a short drive away. the tatami mat room was cozy and had a beautiful view.
The service was extremely disappointing. the staff seemed uninterested and lacked hospitality, which made for an unfortunate experience.

Located conveniently with amenities and restaurants within walking distance, this traditional hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with comfortable futon beds. We enjoyed relaxing in the onsen, with both indoor and outdoor options available. the staff were friendly and helpful, with some even providing yukata and slippers. Breakfast was impressive, with an amazing Japanese spread, while the Western options were limited.
The hotel could benefit from improving their dining service, as some staff were inexperienced and inattentive.
